Halo Infinite STILL won't launch

    Halo Infinite STILL won't launch


    Hello,

    after almost a month of trying every solution I could find here and everywhere else on the internet, Halo Infinite still won't launch on my PC. I tried the "repair and reset" on the app, I tried uninstalling and re-installing the games service, I even updated to Windows 11 in hope it would fix this **** and went for a fresh install. And Halo Infinite Campaign is STILL NOT RUNNING.

    Here's the error message I get every time in the events log :

    If that's of any relevance, here are my specs :
    • Motherboard : MSI MPG x570 Gaming Edge WiFi
    • CPU : Ryzen 7 3800X 8 cores
    • GPU : NVIDIA RTX 3090 FE
    • MEM : 32 Gb DDR4 Corsair Vengeance LPX @ 3200Mhz
    • SSD : Windows and the game are running on a Corsair Force MP600 1 To (PCI-E Gen. 4 NVMe)

    I'm also running Sophos Home antivirus, MSI Center, Western Digital Home Discovery and Nahimic as background services.

    How can I get this game to finally RUN ???

If you have not done so already, please contact 343i support directly. You may contact them at How to Submit a Halo Support Ticket. You may submit the troubleshooting errors you are receiving within the ticket and be sure to also include if you are attempting to launch the game from the Xbox app or through Steam.

    Halo Infinite launches in Task Manager but won't open a Window

    Having the same issue. I want to knowledge dump everything I've tried so far that hasn't worked for me, but hopefully might work for some of you.

    I see the game running in Task Manager under Background processes, but nothing loads. 3 processes show:

    • Console Window Host
    • DumpTool.exe (read that 'End task' on this file will load game after a few mins; hasn't worked for me).
    • HaloInfinite.exe
    HaloInfinite.exe is downloading to the hidden WindowsApps folder in File Explorer: C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.254428597CFE2_1.3249.19634.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe

    I've uninstalled/reinstalled/terminated/repaired/reset/uncheck hi-res features the Xbox App/MS Store/Gaming Services/Halo Infinite using a combination of settings/advanced options/wsrest.exe/powershell/cmd prompt still nothing...also restarted the pc a hundred times for those wondering ;)

    no unfortunately halo infinite and forza still result in a crash within a minute or two after launching
