    Do you have an Xbox Game Pass membership?
    If you're on PC, are you playing the game via Steam or Xbox app?

    no, the multiplayer part is 26GB the campaign is a separate download and combined is approx 50GB

    The campaign is not installed with the multiplayer. i think it should start downloading the full campaign in a few hours or tomorrow. if you have the campaign add-on installed :)

    This has happened to me as well. I went thru all the steps of re-installing gaming services and it didn't help. I don't know why this is just happening to some people? Im wondering if it has to do with me having Halo Infinite also installed on my Xbox Console as a back up since I couldn't pre-load Infinite on my PC?
