Halo Infinite Multiplayer has shadowbanned me for no reason!

as said in the title, I think I'm shadow banned from Infinite... I started playing the game when it came out, for a couple of days went to ranked with my buddies, got my placements done, and then didn't play for like a week because of work and midterms, I come back to play it through steam and see that whenever I try to enter Multiplayer, it shows me "Multiplayer not available" and before you say it, yes, I've tried all different sorts of DNS, VPNs, verified my game files, reinstalled my game through both steam and the xbox app... problem remains the same, in fact I asked a friend with an Xbox to sign in with my account and he saw the exact same error. So yeah, it's something with my account, and Microsoft's lovely support does not let me chat to a support employee directly so I'm just stuck here shouting into the universe hoping an official Microsoft or Xbox support staff sees my call here.

pretty sucky situation. I was having a ton of fun with the game (and no, I didn't cheat, haven't hit that rock bottom in my life yet)

Well I think I have a better solution, if you're only banned in Halo you can appeal the bam directly with 343! On a console my Xbox one s I try to play the co-op insider but it keeps giving me the code for some reason I’ve done mostly everything to get it to work I’ve had the halo Infinite Insider from the multiplayer preview I’ve uninstalled the insider hub and the halo Infinite preview but I can’t find it and the halo Infinite insider keeps giving me the same code each time each time hopefully that made sense to you.
