HALO Infinite Installation Stuck

I just bought HALO Infinite on disc yesterday, brand new from the store and have tried to install it. I have an original XBOX One, I cannot afford a new console every five years. I let the game install overnight and I woke up only to find that it had stopped itself and refuses to install any further. The screen shows Network: 5.38GB of 5.38 GB and the Disc 3.14GB of 29.46GB. Anytime I try to Resume All, it spins the disc for a second, stops and then stops the installation process. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game I even tested out this issue by uninstalling and reinstalling another game I have on disc and the other game installed just fine. Why is HALO Infinite having this installation issue? No, I am not part of the Insider Program, I don't even know what that is and at this point, I'm too afraid to ask. I have logged out of the console, removed and redownloaded my profile, etc. None of the options worked, and out of all my games, only HALO Infinite has had this problem. I have "power cycled' my console, I have disconnected it from the internet, etc. Nothing is getting the game to resume installation.

Try to restore keeping games and apps, please be sure that you know your account email and password:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console screen, you'll see three option use this one, be sure you remember the email and password of you're accounts:

Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps

I found out what the issue was. Later on, the Network showed: 16.48GB of 16.48GB so even though it showed itself as complete, it was not in fact complete and was still downloading.

Only Halo, I've got over 10 games installed on the Xbox App and all of them work but Halo Infinite

May we know if this is the only game you are having issues launching in your computer?
May we know if can capture the error message of the game before it closes out? You may use Windows + Shift + S on your keyboard to screenshot.
May we know what version of Halo Infinite you are playing (Forge, Campaign, Multiplayer)?
Do you have antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall, proxy and PC Optimizer in your PC?
