Halo Infinite Frames are Dropping

I am using an ASUS ZENBOOK DUO 14 PRO OLED. My desktop has broken and I have had to use my laptop for a replacement for all my gaming needs. This has not been an issue playing games such as CyberPunk, Hunt Showdown, and No Man's Sky flawlessly. I had to reduce graphical quality to increase performance but even with high graphic quality games will perform at around 50 fps. This has not been the case for Halo Infinite however. I have reduced quality all the way, uninstalled and redownloaded the game a multitude of times, and my graphics driver stays updated constantly. The specs I am running with exceed the posted recommended specs to play the game. I am using an i9-12900H 2.50 GHz CPU, 32 GB of RAM, 1TB of SSD, and a GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU. I am at a loss I love Halo and want to play Infinite but it is utterly unplayable dropping to insanely low frames, ruining the flow of gameplay, slowing down especially when changing targets with the mouse, etc.

Regarding to your information I assume that you had a bad experience when you played the Halo Infinite.

Do you experience significant frame rate drops in both multiplayer mode and campaign mode? Does it suddenly drop to a low frame rate

and then come back, or does it consistently stay at a low frame rate? Please check if you have enabled the recording function in

Settings->Game->Camera. If it's enabled, please disable it. Also, try turning off HDR mode (if available) to see if the frame rate drops persist.

Additionally, I recommend enabling vertical sync and checking the GPU usage and CPU frequency while playing the game.

I appreciate the response. The frames dropping happens in both multiplayer and campaign. I'll drop frames typically when I am sprinting or moving faster overall than a walk, however if I spend too long in the menu (i.e spartan customization) the frames drop exponentially too. I was not able to find an HDR toggle in the settings, and it does not appear that I have screen recording enabled. This is SwagLazer by the way I dont know why the username changed.
