No, that did not help. The issue seemed to be with the Gaming Services app. I had to uninstall everything and make sure that was uninstalled as well. Once I reinstalled Gaming Services, I could then do a successful reinstall of Halo.

In that case, I will leave the steps on how to do it just in case there will be a community member that happens to check this thread.

1. Reset/Uninstall Xbox app and clearing Windows Store (Microsoft Store).
   
   • Open PC settings by pressing Windows + I on keyboard.
     
   • Go to Apps > Apps and features. Search and select Xbox App and reset/uninstall.
     
   • Do the same for Microsoft Store (except do not uninstall).
     
2. Clear the Microsoft Store cache.
   
   • Clear the store cache by typing “wsreset” in the Windows search bar. Run this as admin and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.
     
3. Reinstall Gaming Services.
   
   • Launch Microsoft Store then search for Xbox app and select Get or Install or Update. After installation of the app close the Microsoft Store.
     
   • Right-click the Start button and select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
     
   • Type this command, press enter and wait:
     
     Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers
     
4. Relaunch Xbox app and reinstall the game.

May we know if you have installed these apps in your PC: antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall and PC Optimizer?

When did this issue happen? Was there a recent Windows update or new application installed on your device?

Is this happening to all game titles or just on specific game?

Is this happening when installing apps using Windows Store?

same with me, Halo Infinite won't start, neither will Sea of Thieves on PC. No feedback as to why from an error message point of view
