    Halo infinite crashing Xbox Series X


    Strange on hoping someone can help.

    Just got my series X on Thursday and installed Halo Infinite.

    I can get in and play the game but after a few mins notice display issues. Then the controller disconnects and finally the Xbox shuts off completely.

    I ve cleared the game reserve cache, factory reset console, reset Mac.

    Next step is complete reinstall of the game which is going to take a few hours.

    Anyone any other ideas?

    Every video I record on Series X has asynchronous audio

    It's manually set to HDMI already and settings saved. Console has been restarted several times since then (especially when Halo Infinite is crashing the XBOX Series X again -_- )

    Still asynchronous.

    Yes there is a major prob with halo infinite only crashing on the series x , I personally have not been able to play this game for months due to this prob . I have reported it numerous times and there are a lot of people with the same crashing issues .Its a prob 343 needs to fix!! It only does this on the series x for some reason.

    Halo infinite was hard crashing a lot for me at launch but then seemed to work perfectly through December and now after the most recent update I’m back to crashing almost every game. The game even crashes in the main menu sometimes. Half the time it crashes to Xbox dashboard half the time it shuts the whole Xbox off. I’m on a series x. I’ve done all the troubleshooting tips. This game is broken.
