Halo Infinite crashing after loading

"There is no related issue..." seriously?

Read below how many people experience the same problem, myself included.

Brand new Xbox series X, Halo infinite crashes the machine after loading the first logo.

Are you using an insider Windows version, right?
That could be the issue, but we can try couple things more just to test.

0. Reinstall your graphics card driver from manufacturer site, if you have the latest version install a previous one

The first one:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too.

Now, sign out from your account on both Xbox app and Microsoft Store and do this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Then do the same for the Xbox app and Halo infinite app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Finally do this:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

Sign in again on both Microsoft store and Xbox app with your account and try again

If that doesn't work:

Do you have the game installed on another partition rather than C: drive?
If yes, please try installing the game on C: drive
If not, do the opposite (don't forget to change where new content is going to be installed via Windows settings > Storage > Advance storage settings)

no unfortunately halo infinite and forza still result in a crash within a minute or two after launching

No the game lauch with the cinematic etc.. and for thé two game its then WE need to click to start or enter for enter in the game this part can be load but very slowely (20minutes of waiting) for Forza i dont count for halo After this in Forza you have extremely bug Map so you can't play and on halo Infinite thats just not load or After when you need to select multiplayer etc you Can select multiplayer beceause it's loading. And on Steam halo Infinite launch fast normally but After when we need to select the menu is very slow i thinck it's a Infinite loading. After thé game just crash or try to load if i do nothing. No its not the game nonfunctional beceause i have thé issue on Steam and before reinstall my os (for see if reinstall w11 solve the problem) and no before and After the reinstall i have the same issue.
