    Halo Infinite Crashes Immediately Upon Opening


    The game won't open. It doesn't matter if I try from my Steam library or a desktop shortcut. It gets to the Xbox Studios logo, locks up and crashes. I've tried restarting, verifying the files.... nothing works. I have submitted three support tickets with Microsoft. None of them have been answered. I now have a $60 game that I can no longer play because of a glitch and it won't get fixed. My PC is a high-end gaming rig and I've been playing for over 10 hours (not all at once). The game just suddenly stopped working and the issue is not being addressed.

    Same thing happens to me except I'm on Series X. Halo Support hasn't been much help and Xbox Support told me it isn't a hardware issue. So frustrating!

    1. Did you notice getting an error message everytime the app crashes? Please share a screenshot and conceal any personal information.
    2. Have you tried restart and launch the game back?
    3. Did you notice any Android services available for update on both stores?
