halo infinite controller bugged

in halo infinite after the first match i play the game shows me the gaming ui screen where you choose what account you want to use. No matter what i do if i close it out or choose an account my game always messes up the controller. I know the usb is working bc i can press the xbox button and it pulls up the xbox app widgets.

Any update to this, only happens in halo infinite, tried many other games and no issue? has anyone reported this issue as a halo infinite bug or do we think its a bug with headset firmware, could it be to do with dolby atmos?

What do you mean by your game messes up the controller?

the controller is no longer able to be used in the game until i exit to desktop and then open the game back

i cant do anything with the controller when i play the game, but im able to pull up the xbox widgets when i press the xbox button on the controller. so i beleive its a problem with the game
