Halo infinite - can’t connect to dedicated servers

If you can’t connect to an Xbox multiplayer game on Windows 10, go to Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking. If you’re having a similar problem on Windows 11, open the Xbox Console Companion app, select Settings, and then select the Network tab.

Look for NAT Type. If the status says Teredo is unable to qualify, it means your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address.

Try the following solutions in order. Move on to the next one only if the previous one didn’t resolve the issue.

Thanks for the reply. The issue arises last night and I did try all steps referenced in the link you provided with no improvement. The issue is still on going but I was able to play the game through the steam store.

Is it possible this is an issue on their end? I just feel like I’m going crazy since I’ve played this beta since release and it stopped working, I am able to play other games through the xbox app

"Note: We’ve seen many inquiries about dedicated server support for Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Dedicated servers have been up and running since launch, and we continue to optimize and improve connectivity. The vast majority of games are being played
on dedicated servers, but in the event that players cannot connect to a dedicated server, the lobby will stay together and the match will still occur on a peer-to-peer connection. Please be aware that you may connect to the dedicated server quickly enough
that you won’t see the ‘connecting to dedicated server’ dialog. The absence of that dialog doesn’t mean that you’re not playing on a dedicated server."

nope . apparently every game which uses xbox gaming services for multiplayer , like halo infinite for me. i can't connect to halo servers at all.
