Halo Infinite Campaign not saving?

I have been playing Halo Infinite through steam, and recently purchased the campaign DLC and thought I would give it a try. I have put about 5 hours into my save, but unfortunately the game doesn't seem to be saving anymore. I have gotten to the mission "The Sequence" in the story, and every time I close the game, I am reverted to the same part at the start of the mission. I have tried everything that I have found and have no idea what is happening. It will occasionally say "Saving Checkpoint" and that system works as expected. I die, and respawn at the last checkpoint, but when I go to save the game progress by returning to FOB or exiting, I get reverted. Once exited to the Campaign main screen, I can resume from where I would expect to resume, but when I leave to multiplayer, or close the game, it reverts my save back to the beginning of "The Sequence" always in the same spot, and doesn't keep any unlocks. I am not sure where to look for any error messages, but I haven't seen any other odd behavior.

Here is what I've tried: Uninstalling/Reinstalling the game, verifying the game files, uninstalling and reinstalling steam, logging out, and back into Infinite, waiting 10 ish minutes before exiting the game, returning to a "Saving Progress" point in game, freeing up storage space, and reverting graphics drivers (Only a few versions back).

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X

SSD: NVME (Boot Drive) with ~300 gigs left

RAM: 32G (Not using all of it, assuming not ram capacity but included anyway)

Graphics: NVidia GeForce RTX 3070

Graphics Driver Version: 546.01

OS: Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19045

Launcher: Steam (Latest Version)

I don't think it is a hardware issue, as I haven't had issues before.
