    Got a new amd processor recently switched from a 3400g to 5900xt, and my pc runs fine with any other game, except halo. I used to play halo fine with the old processor, done all the cmd scans i was told to do, and verified game files, stress tested pc, no issues. So it has to be a game issue.

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with Halo infinite after upgrading your processor. I understand that it's working normally with other games. You may check what's causing your logs by going to event viewer.

    Open the Event Viewer on your Windows system, navigate to "Windows Logs > System", and look for critical errors or warnings around the time of the crash.

    In general, since you upgraded your processor, please make sure that you update your BIOS as well using the latest update from your motherboard manufacturer.

    Xbox Series X Halo Infinite Limited Edition crashes on some games. HELP!

    So I reset the Xbox completely last night, and I downloaded halo infinite since it comes with the bundle, but I tried loading up Halo infinite this morning and it shut down before it could even reach the main menu screen of the game.

    As usual, my game went black (this time it didn’t have a glitchy smear of colors across the screen) and same following problem where I no longer can press any buttons, only hear the buttons being pressed in the background until my controller stops responding and the Xbox shut down yet again.

    Yes, as i said i have hard reset my pc and completely updated everything. Uninstalling the xbox app did not work either. Still crashing on the menu in halo infinite
