Halo infinite app store version

I need some help, there are times I am playing multiplayer halo infinite and the game after some matches closes suddenly, even not showing any message error, I already reinstalled Visual complements and reset app but still closing after 3 or 4 matches, it is so stressful since I am playing ranked matches :|

Any idea about what could be? Or maybe I am installing wrong visual C++ package?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums! Let's try disabling the High-Res textures for the game to see if that fixes your issue. The game quality change is minimal once this has been turned off.

1.Open Halo Infinite's page in the App

2.Select the "..." button beneath and choose "Manage Game" from the drop-down menu

3.Uncheck the option labelled "High-Res Textures"

There may be a little downloading or file adjustment that follows either of these steps as the game uninstalls this section.

you can't. you have to purchase the windows store versions of the game, halo infinite is a play anywhere title so purchasing via console or windows store gives you both, halo mcc is not and needs to be purchased for each platform, if you have them on steam you need to purchase on windows store if you want them on the xbox app.

Are you trying to download Halo Infinite on Steam or through the Xbox app?

If it's the Xbox app, can you verify that your Xbox app and Gaming services are up to date?

Open the Xbox App

Click your profile icon at the top right corner of the page
Select "Settings"
Select "About" on the left panel

The first set of numbers under "Version" will display the current version of your Xbox App.

Current versions:

Xbox App: 2112.1001.10.0

Gaming Services: 3.60.12001.0

Also, is "Halo Infinite (Campaign)" giving you trouble or is it "Halo Infinite" (Multiplayer)? Have you tried downloading any other games?

I did manage to get halo infinite campaign installed but now whenever i try to open halo infinite it opens up the Microsoft Store's Gaming Services page instead. I am on game pass on PC. Ive tried reinstalling the xbox app but it still doesnt work.
