Halo Infinite and Microsoft Flight Sim Crashing on launch.

I recently purchased a Xbox Series X and since the day I got it I have not been able to get the Xbox Game Pass Versions of Halo Infinite or Microsoft Flight Simulator. With Halo Infinite it will launch and get right before the main menu (so it shows the 343 logo and animation) before it hard crashes, sometimes it even freezes the entire Xbox and I have to manually power it back on. With Flight Sim the Xbox shows the launch screen and then after 30 seconds or so it kicks me back to the home screen not even attempting to open the game. I have tried various other games and they have worked fine such as Quake, Zoo Tycoon, Lumines Remastered, Minecraft and Minecraft dungeons. All of these games work correctly and without problems. The Xbox is still new and is covered under warranty, which is what I'm thinking I'll have to use, as their call center hung up on me after putting me on hold and going through their troubleshooting steps. So far I've Uninstalled and reinstalled the games, done a reset of the console that doesn't remove games and apps, cleared alternate mac address on the console, checked my NAT type (which is open), and tried simply unplugging the console for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. Looking for any other advice before I go through the trouble of requesting warranty service, any help is appreciated.
