    Halo five guardians multiplayer keeps saying “retrieving data“! I have tried everything including a hard reset to correct this. Is there something wrong with the servers or is there something more I can do to fix this? Today’s date is 02/24/22

    I did try that already. I’ll uninstall and reinstall. Will I lose all my saved time?

    Kindly perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If that didn't work, kindly uninstall and reinstall the game.
