Halo Finally Fixed

just had 12 games all flawless no problems

 

That's awesome news!!! Looks like I'll finally buy it.

 

Can't wait till they release ODST, shame firefight won't be included though

 

Tried last night, found a match and loaded up, the round never started and people just left 1 by 1.

 

After 2 perfectly smooth matches, I struck out on number 3 with the exact same issue that Red just described.

 

I played a multiplayer match in January (matchmaking actually found something, the first time for me since the game launched). Was in the multiplayer game for 10 minutes. Can't remember exactly which playlist it was in Halo MCC. Also in January when I went
to the Halo 2 Campaign Mode, THREE Xbox 1 Dashboard Achievement notifications, popped up in 30 seconds. So it looks like they've been fixing achievements too. MCC is like Halo 1, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 4 in ONE game. There's like a bajillion of achievements
in the game too. Halo 2 campaign has amazing 1080p 60fps re-mastered graphics. I saw lots of my friends who have MCC playing just the campaign and they were playing it for a long time. When MCC released, about 8 of my friends from 360 got an Xbox 1 console
and the game. Well Halo is like their flagship game on Xbox. Forza, Zoo Tycoon and Screamride are also Xbox exclusives too.

 

It's really depressing, and given the small population here it's even more difficult. I got an achievement for trying to play again though So, anyone up for Titanfall? I'm finally really getting into this.

 

Appears to be regional and the Australian and New Zealand population must be small. Trying rumble pit at the moment and for 5 mins have had no lucky finding any fellow lone wolves. Team slayer seems to find a small amount of people.

 

Titanfall, let me see, the last time I played that game was the month it came out? You're lucky, I haven't traded that game in yet. Will not trade MCC though. Xbox 1 games I've traded in are The Crew, Watchdogs, Lego Super heroes marvel, NFS Rivals. I know
several good friends from 360 who play MCC too. If multiplayer is still glitch, then we play the campaign and enjoy the amazing graphics. At launch MCC had major matchmaking issues.

RedEye, I'm enjoying ScreamRide now. Got it for both Xbox 360 and Xbox 1. Frontier the game developers I love 'em! I love the ideas they put in their games. They're also the ones who made one of my favourite games Zoo Tycoon, for Xbox 1. The Xbox 360 version
doesn't have Kinect functions or multiplayer and has smaller zoo size due to the limitations of Xbox 360's hardware. Hype Hype Screamride. Wooo and yay.

 

mcc isnt on 360 though.i played 12 games last night i played halo 4 big team battle halo 2 anniversary all went smooth. big team battle normally takes 5 mins to find people last night took 20 seconds

 

out of 40 games online so far I have had one where somebody quit before the start that caused an issue, where everybody left one by one, the first person to go I had seen dashboarded so either his xbox crashed or he just left, 3 other people quit then it
gave up, all games before and after have been perfect, no lag at all, games constant, playing coop works like a charm (finger crossed).

All in all I would say this update has improved the game by 90%, you will see the odd problem, as with all multiplayer games there will always be the odd time that is goes wrong.

 

So, it's possible that the game may have a glitch where if someone leaves before the start of the match, the whole match fails to load? If that's the case, then the game is still broken, because last time I checked, that happens ALL OF THE TIME in Halo.

 

No GG it could be because some people think oh uneven teams lets leave. me and mate mate went 6v2 last night and we won both ending with over 25 kills each

 

I don't think there is a lot wrong with their coding now. We just suffer from a population problem here in Australia. I was getting games in all the playlists with mainly dedicated servers for the first few weeks then a lot of guys went to Call of Duty and
Destiny and the queues dried up for us. The Titanfall AU server is still chugging along with a couple of active playlists as well.

 

@GG - it happened once during loading, not broken as others have rage quit during games and that still worked fine, all the games I have played over the past 2 days have had even teams, it even prolongs starting the game to make sure teams are even in the
lobby first.
