    Hello I am on PC, using the game pass and I was able to download MCC and have it running however whenever I try to play any kind of halo it says I need to download it even though they are already downloaded. When I go to click change installed games all
    of the halos are locked.

    Also whenever I try to download the dlc from mcc it gives me an error saying "something happened on our end. waiting a bit might help." however i have been getting this message since 12 hours ago. the error code is PEX-CatalogAvailabilityDataNotFound.

    No, I don't agree with you. There are DLC required playlists. You can still play certain playlists without DLC. It is not being forced upon you; if it was forced then all the playlists would require DLC. Bungie did the same thing with Halo 3 and Reach.

    I've paid for both MCC on Xbox One and then I wanted to download MCC PC the minute it was officially released and so I was asked to pay for it again. I went ahead and just paid for it to avoid headaches. I am pretty sure I read quite all over the web that
    owning Xbox MCC also licensed a person to a copy on PC. I assure you I bought them both with the same Microsoft account. I did not buy MCC on Steam, which may have been a whole other issue, I am not sure. I don't spend a lot of time playing MCC on pc however,
    as I have it installed on a "gaming HP" laptop which is like a luxury model, high quality Idaho Potato. It was able to play Reach impressively well for a laptop I got as a Hand-me-down. Trying to figure out how to set up these title update files and it's proving
    to be a chore.

    Hmm... Also make sure the individual games are installed from windows store. Just search for the game "Halo Reach" etc..

    I just bought Halo Reach this week and have the same issue. Has anyone figured out a solution yet? Customer Service has been a dead end so far.
