    Halo Custom edition error


    Hey, when I try to start Halo Custom Edition (typing it out for idiots) on my windows 10 laptop it says my graphics system may not be up to par for the game (my friend also has this warning and can play flawlessly). I select either option to continue and
    here's what happens: my screen glitches out, appearing to try to open the game perhaps, and I get an error that says there was a problem starting direct3d and that hardware acceleration may be disabled and to run dxdiag. Dxdiag returns no errors and I cannot
    figure out how to enable hardware acceleration even after searching for the answer. Any ideas or help?

    BTW, I'm posting here because it seems everyone who sees my post in the gaming on windows proper section has no idea and thinks you guys would know. I think they see halo and just assume Xbox?

    MY original xbox 360 will not play my original xbox games why

    I believe that xbox ended support for xbox original games in 2011 expect halo combat evo and halo custom edition.

    Halo Wars Definitive Edition

    The other thing is, I love custom/limited edition consoles, I had the Halo, MW2, and still have the Gears of war 3 360, but plain white doesn't really do it for me. I'll be looking out for a Halo X1 or maybe a Gears X1 in the future.

    I think they will because they have had the Original Xbox Halo console edition, Halo 3 console edition, Halo reach console edition and the Halo 4 console edition. Id wait and save up for the Xbox One Halo edition.
