    I read before its limited, but i wrote cuz the last halo mixpot i have the same problem, I wait a week since the stream n I don't have the mixpot on my account, only if i reach the pack, i don't want to lose him. Thx <3

    Hey there!

    Obtaining the HCS Contender skins in the Classic Helmet REQ pack was a glitch that was patched by 343 shortly after the pack's release. The only way to obtain the Contender skins is by purchasing the HCS packs from the marketplace at this point.

    In the meantime, enjoy your Legendary Arena XP boosts, those will definitely help in the grind towards max rank! :)

    Please know that customers who viewed the E3 event live through their Mixer account are the only ones eligible to receive the
    MixPot rewards. With that said, after further research, we have confirmed that there is no Mixer account associated to the Gamer Tag: Noneck0875 Thus, the reason you are unable to access the "Halo 5 Classic Helmet REQ Pack".
