Halo Channel doesn't recognize my Halo Nightfall!

My GT is and i just got off the phone with an xbox support rep and she tried her best to help but ultimately told me that a superior told her that i should post it on the forums because there is a section just for this. My problem is that i bought
the Halo Master Chief Collection that comes with Halo Nightfall, i was able to redeem it but not watch it. To watch Halo Nightfall you have to access it through Halo Channel and when i do that it says i need to purchase the content to view it so i go on and
press buy Halo Nightfall (which i have) and it redirects me to the xbox store where it tells me i already have it installed. Its an endless loop and i have tried everything please help.

Cannot watch Halo: Nightfall

From the Halo Channel: BUY HALO

Click on that, opens my Master Chief Collection

Go to Extras - Halo: Nightfall - select that - opens up Halo Channel which tells me to buy Halo

Thoughts?

Thank you very much, helped immensely, but i'm guessing the Halo Channel Halo Nightfall bundle code was the Halo Channel itself as doing the same process shows that there is nothing there, it's a bit odd having the code if the halo channel is just going
to be a free app anyway which releases Halo Nightfall weekly

If you had the Halo Channel prior to using the download code for Bundle, you might want to remove both Halo Channel and Nightfall, then sign out of your profile. Next, press and hold the power button for ten seconds, until the console shuts down, unplug
from power for the recommended five minutes, then power back up, sign in and download the Halo Channel and then Nightfall. You have the license for both, therefore should not be prompted to purchase.

Navigate to the Halo Channel app, locate nightfall and try to play an episode.

Trying to watch the Halo Nightfall episodes. Used the code that came with the game, uninstalled the Halo Channel, re-installed the Halo Channel, tried a hard reset as well. It's on the profile it's supposed to be on and I don't have a Capture Card plugged
in. Still getting the option to "Buy Nightfall" whenever I select view episodes. Is there a fix for this yet?

Have the hard copy of MCC since day one, installed nightfall code,halo channel, game, etc. I watched the first episode when it came out but ever since then for all the Nightfall episodes it says "buy halo".. I restarted my xbox, signed out and back in, uninstalled/reinstalled
halo channel, nightfall, and mcc, dont have a capture card, dont have any guests signed in or any of that BS and yes im using my account that i originally installed nightfall with and its STILL NOT WORKING!! And just when ithought halo mcc couldnt get any
more broken.. Good job MS and 343 for making a ****** game!

Having a similar if not the exact same issue. I have the hard copy of MCC, installed the Halo Channel, and used the code included with the game to get Nightfall. When I open the Halo Channel and go to Nightfall, the only option it gives is to Buy Nightfall.
Even when I hit that button though, it takes me to Nightfall in the MS Store and says I already bought it. Even so, it won't let me play it, it still says Buy Nightfall. WTF?
