HALO 'CE DLC Required'

I installed Halo MCC, tried to load it up, which it did fine, but when i tried to start a campaign, it gave me the error message "HALO: CE DLC Required". I then went to the Microsoft store and downloaded the DLC package, tried to load the game and got the
same message.

I am playing on PC, Own MCC through xbox live Game Pass and I am an administrator on the PC.

EDIT: I tried deleting and re-downloading the MMC package twice and got the same messages, one time with downloading the DLC packs before re-downloading MCC. I have restarted the system and reopened the xbox game pass app.

EDIT 2: I tried what BenMx5 said in the post in the above link but it would'nt let me re-check the boxes. each image also displays a locked icon over the iamge.

- Go to settings in MCC

- Then go to game play tab and click on "change installed games"

- from there just remove the halo game and the multiplayer

- then tick again and let it download.. You can follow progress in the windows store app

I think it might be like ODST. One disc Halo CE campaign and second disc Halo Reach dlc expansion for mp.

Waypoint brings the community together, fan made content, halo related content, stats etc.....does Elite do the same without paying the full subscription fee which for Waypoint only requires you to be Gold?

There is a cash cow, but on paper, its certainly not the Halo series
