    Halo beta code not working Please help!


    Redeemed the code for the Halo 5 beta and it was successful and i thought it was downloading but when i came back to the console a couple of hours later and checked my games app and its not there. I tried using the code again and it says it was already used.
    Called xbox support and they told me to post here smh. Please someone help me.

    Never received halo 5 beta codes

    Im apart of the xbox preview program but still have not recieved my halo 5 beta codes. can someone help please.

    Scroll to the far right in the "my games and app" section and look for it under the "ready to be installed" column.

    I had to soft reset my Xbox for it to work for me

    i redeemed both of my early access codes and have the beta but when i go to try and play it, it says license issue. Its telling me to put in the master chief collection to get the code. Please help me resolve this issue.
