    Halo 5 Xcloud controller issue


    Hi all,

    Can't find anything linked to this so would appreciate any help on this - I have been playing Halo 5 on my laptop and on my phone through xcloud.

    I have two different xbox controllers, one with bluetooth (which I use with my phone) and a non bluetooth which I use with the laptop.

    I usually just play on my phone and played yesterday without an issue. Today, when I load Halo 5 the controller works fine in the initial menus etc, but when I launch the solo career the X, Y, RB, LB, Left and Right Triggers are doing nothing. I've checked the controller settings and its still set as default layout and bindings look correct. I then tried it on the laptop thinking it was the phone/controller, however I have exactly the same issue on the laptop with a different controller.

    Any ideas? - Other games seem fine.

    Thank you - now all sorted, don't know what fixed it, but had been trying for a few hours, may have just been a temporary glitch. thank you

    Why would I request a repair for my controller? It works perfectly fine for all but xCloud. This issue is specific to xCloud.
