Halo 5 Xbox One Elite Configuration/Preset Issue?

Hello All,

I have a seemingly odd issue that happens when playing Halo 5 adversarial. At the beginning of every match a grenade is automatically thrown, even though my finger is far from the left trigger. It appears to be an Xbox Elite configuration/preset issue?
I've had the Elite since it came out and I do not believe that it does this with any other controllers but I will have to verify. When I switch to the 2nd preset before the match it does not do it, it is only in the first preset. The setups for the presets
are below.

Does anyone else have this issue? I do not believe it is the controller as it only happens in Halo 5. When I am playing games such as CoD, BF, etc. at the beginning of every match ADS does not happen automatically which is why I do not believe that it
is the controller.

Here is the pertinent Hardware Information:

Xbox Elite Controller

Preset 1: X set to upper left bumper

Preset 2: A set to upper left bumper and A itself

Elite Controller Configurations On PC

Hello. I am using my xbox elite controller on my windows 10 PC along with the xbox accessories app. I am able to save two configurations to my controller switch #1 & #2. However, I was wondering if it is possible at all to save more that just two configurations
within the xbox accessories app for me to switch over to later when I need another setup. I want to be able to create a third config and save it in the library where all of the other preset configs are located on the left side of the xbox accessories app which
currently contain presets for Forza, Gears, and Halo.

When i click "+ New Configuration" I am able to make my third config and save it which shows up correctly on the left side, and I am able to swap it with other configs but when I close and re-open the xbox accessories app the third config that was once in
the app on the left is now gone.

Is there a way to save a third configuration to the xbox accessories app without it disappearing later on?

Have you by any chance changed the sensitivity of the triggers ? If they are too sensitive this might happen

 

Actually, I believe that I did up the sensitivity of the triggers a bit. Although, I am not 100% sure that I did. Once I get home from work I am going to check this.
