Halo 5 won't install. Stuck at 18 percent. Help?

Discus and support Halo 5 won't install. Stuck at 18 percent. Help? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I deleted Halo 5 to make room for some new games.     Halo 5 won't install. Stuck at 18 percent. Help?


    I deleted Halo 5 to make room for some new games. I now have a new hard drive and started to re-download some games but Halo 5 will say installation stopped at 18 percent with 17.52GB and it won't resume. Any ideas?

    Games install but game updates freezing at XX%

    I install my games offline cause i have the same problem with it getting stuck at 0% whilst online, but if i want to play multiplayer i have to update the game, but it always gets stuck at 96-98%. The percentage went up from 96 to 97 percent within 10 min
    while updating ghosts but got stuck at 97% after that. I really hope the case is that the percent it gets stuck at is it actually downloading the update, next I'm going to try to leave it for an hour or two to see if it ever even goes up in percent by at least
    1....... Microsoft better fix this soon!

    Halo MCC achievements stuck at "Done! Unlocking..." since launch

    The achievement "window shopping" on Halo MCC won't unlock for me. It has been stuck on 'done! Unlocking...' for 5 days now. Any help, much appreciated

    So you try to install Halo 1 from the MCC and it stops downloading at a certain percent every time? Are you trying to install on an external HD, or the internal one? I assume you've already tried a power cycle? Also have you tried installing other games
    and seeing if they will fully install, or if it is just this one game in particular that will not work?

    both on the internal and external drives idk what to do both halo mcc and halo 5 don't want to work for me the rest of the halo games work ( reach, odst ce, etc.) But not halo 5 and mcc both pre owned again
    Try doing what Echo4Ent suggests. If that still does. Not work you may need to reach out to the official support line for help.
