    Halo 5 will not load


    My Xbox stopped playing Halo 5 disk. Support ran through the normal help options and nothing worked. I sent the Xbox in for repair and they said it was fine. Got it back Halo 5 still would not play. Tried a friend's Halo 5 disk and it will not play it either.
    I click on the game and it brings up the opening screen and instead of loading sends me right back to the dashboard. Support said to post here. Any ideas?

    Halo 5 Campaign will not load

    Hey so I just got halo 5 for Christmas. Installed it and tried to fire up the campaign only for it to stop loading an inch before the end and never progress further past. The online section works fine but I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice now
    and get the same result both times on solo campaign. Is my game ***? How can I get it to work?

    What were the normal troubleshooting steps you tried?

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game? What about playing it while your console is in offline mode to see if that makes a difference?

    If not, try these two things and let us know if the game starts working.

    Halo Master Chief Collection & Halo 5. If I ever feel I'm having a bad day, I just load in the game and shoot some aliens.

    Halo 4 and 5 are great games, just different then the ones before and Call of Duty is not Halo.
    I know Call of Duty isn't Halo. It was intended as an over-exaggeration of the similarities such as load-outs, weapon customization, sprinting, etc...
