Halo 5 warzone REQ bundle not working.

I've had my halo 5 guardians console for about 6 weeks now and for the first 3 weeks the REQ bundle was working fine but now I haven't received any REQ packs for the last 2 weeks... Please help me get this fixed.

I purchased Halo 5 with a Warzone Req Bundle from gamestop and I installed everything and it appears as if i never bought the warzone bundle. Please help, its been a week and this problem has still not been resolved.

WARZONE REQ BUNDLE

The Warzone REQ Bundle provides players with 2 Premium REQ Packs a week for a total of 7 weeks. Premium REQ Packs provide players with the most number of REQs, with the best chance of acquiring Ultra-Rare, Legendary, and Mythic REQs. Players are guaranteed
at least three new permanent REQs in each Premium REQ Pack, if available.

The Warzone REQ Bundle is available in the following packages, on the Xbox Marketplace, or through token cards available at many retailers:

Sorry to hear about the trouble with your REQ Bundles. Have you been able to unlock any REQ Packs during the past two weeks or have you not received those as well?

 

I can open REQ packs with Req point no problem. I'm also getting the packs I'm suppose to get when I complete commendations. I'm just haven't been getting the weekly REQ packs through the warzone REQ bundle.. They are suppose to show up in my "open packs"
thing along with my daily login bonus pack and they haven't been.

Been there done that. I've been waiting for response longer there then I have been here. I posted to those forums on the 10th and still have heard anything. Xbox support told me to talk to you guys because my warzone REQ bundle is a promotional thing because
it came with my halo guardians Xbox. I feel like everyone is just trying to give me the run around until I give up. Which is a joke in itself. So you can't help me is what you're trying to say?

 

I mean if you really wanted to help me all you'd need to do is remove the active license on my warzone REQ bundle and give me a code for another to see if that would work... Just spitballing though. That's seems like the easiest way to fix it to me but what
do I know.
