Halo 5 VOW Pack

Hello,

I have not received my VOW pack after watching the Halo 5 World Championships on my Xbox. The mixer account logged into my Xbox is associated with my Microsoft account. What can I do to receive the pack?

Hi I have checked my messages and notifications and have not received anything. I also opened the Mixer app on my Xbox and verified that it is the correct account.
