Halo 5 stuck on install loop

Quick little complaint, I can't find a way to email Microsoft directly with this issue? Every attempt to find a contact email for support leads me to community forums.

So, to lets start with the second issue related to installing the game itself as I have resolved this and thought the feedback might be helpful: Today (Sunday 6:00 AEST) I finished installing the game from the disc only to be told that there is an update available
(for multiplayer) and after I select "update later" the game then does not start, but instead starts installing from the game disc again. Whilst it is installing again I tell my Xbox to "go offline" so as to see if that prevents it from prompting to install
the update again, and potentially restart the disc install again. This has worked, and the game is at least installed and working now.

So, my question for this is: why, after installing and selecting 'update later' didn't the game launch and instead start installing the game again whilst online? Is this an Xbox one error with managing installed and downloaded data (the update may still
be on my hard drive, read issue 2)?

Now, on to issue 2, which is related to the update, and which actually happened first in the timeline of events: I started installing on Saturday the 5th of December about 7:30pm AEST. After inserting the game disc, it says that there is an update required
(accept or update later) which I select accept. Unknown to me is how long it takes to install the game, though I now know that it wasn't 'installing' like it said, it actually just went straight to 'downloading' the update BEFORE installing the game (that
is stupid).

MICROSOFT TAKE NOTE: It would have been extremely useful if it said "downloading" instead of "installing" and then I would have known that it was downloading the update first before installing from the game disc (and wouldn't have wasted my time and internet
data allowance).

So, seeing as how it was downloading and not using the disc (before I remembered it should be installing from the disc) I remove it to play something else. Today, at 4:30pm AEST it finally says it is at 96%. Realising that it may need the game disc soon
to finish "installing" (again, clarity between "installing" and "downloading" is important, and a missing feature) I re-insert the game disc, taking 'installing' literally and not realising it is in fact 'downloading'. After doing this I notice that it has
left the download 'queue', and thought "oh, maybe that is why is was not really moving past 96%, it needed the disc to finish" only to discover that it has stopped downloading what was actually the update, and restarts downloading the update.

So, My questions are:

1. what happened to the update content I downloaded so far?

2. why did it restart after inserting the game disc? is it because the game disc triggered it to install from the disc, and cancel the update downlaod?

3. What has happened to the update content I have so far? Can I recover it, or will I have to download it again? It has already used 13-15 GB of my download quota for the month.

4. Why doesn't the game install first BEFORE prompting to download the update? Xbox 360 waited until the game started before advising and letting the user download updates.

Really I feel this issue and these questions are for Microsoft support, but am unsure if this is where Microsoft support want their tech support problems placed (as they don't provide an email address). I worry that this is a community support page only
and that Microsoft tech support doesn't actually read these forums, and if this is so, could someone please confirm this and perhaps if someone knows, tell me how send this to Microsoft Xbox One Tech Support.

@F0RD1E Again, this isn't slow download speeds for me...i think you need to re-read my post. I'm stuck in an endless loop of it getting to anywhere between 1% and 5%, then stopping, then showing Install ready, then queued, then repeating over and over again...please
explain to me how that behavior is speed related? Speed related would be it just sitting stuck at 5% and then an hour later bumping to 6%, not resetting it's own status to install ready, then queued, then back at 0%.
