    Try a hard reset on the console to clear the cache. Hold the power button on the console down for 10 minutes or until it shuts down completely. Once it is down let it sit for a couple of minutes then power it back up and test to see if the problem is resolved.

    problen in halo 5

    I cant connect to halo 5 servers, error to autorize this profile with halo 5 servers, can't connect to online modes, I have to change my router and open ports and I have the same issue, please help me :'(

    I think that there is some problem currently with Xbox servers. I don't know if it's directly connected, but when I try to access any Xbox.com website there is a error message, so maybe it's a temporary issue.

    A hard reset on your console would be my first thought. It tends to fix most issues. If that doesnt work I would try disconnecting your router and modem and reconnecting them. If after this the issue still persists it is likely either because your region,
    as the halo 5 servers are region locked to certain areas at this point or you may need to contact your service provider about the speed of your internet or your DNS settings.

    Try restarting your modem . Sometimes its a connection issue. As far as the servers themselves, as the player base declines it will get long and longer to find a game and will have to cross regions if no matches are found
