Halo 5 servers are not facilitating game play for nearly two days now...

I think Halo 4 is great, ESPECIALLY now that firefight is gone - worst part of Halo after the ODST fiasco. Give me Spartan Ops any day over the awfulness I had to sit through with firefight across not one, BUT TWO Halo games in order to 100% them.

And seriously, people want to complain about Halo 4 lag, you guys should have tried Halo 3: ODST's Vidmaster Challenge: Endure - it is such a pain to get to the 4th wave of the 4th set after nearly two and a half hours of playing only to have the server
go buggy and disconnect everyone.

I pre-ordered halo 5 digitally and it has taken too long. when it downloaded I was unable to connect on to the servers and I had to delete the game just to wait another two days to play it even though I pre-ordered it.

I was watching a interview with the TitanFall developers. From what I gathered about this cloud servers is they adapt to what the community is playing.

Lets say TitanFall has 100,000 players around the time Halo 5 comes out. Lets say those 100,000 players are using about 6300 servers(16 people per game)

The day halo 5 comes out, 50,000 of those people leave titanfall and go to halo 5. The cloud will automatically reallocate half the servers for use with halo 5, so there is no idle empty servers wasting resources. The microsoft cloud adapts to what the
community is playing. This should in theory, keep games alive for the duration of the console, like what P2P does now. Instead of the way EA does games, and just kills the online portion of a game after 2-4 years. Only time will tell, but this is pretty
cool in my opinion.

I played the DLC for a day or two before our server died. Looks like you have to play US or UK servers to get a game in the DLC playlists now.
