    I ordered two figures that came with Req pack codes, one came with a green spartan engineer and the other a whit athlon figure i got off amazon. I put the codes in everything work until i checked my games add ones... my halo 5 fotus pack is there and the
    free **** rifle skin from the 9 videos you gotta watch but my figure codes arent there and ive already redeemed them b/c i tried putting the codes in again, any ideas please?

    halo 5 15th anniversary req pack i didnt get it

    my issue is a req pack 343 industries gave halo 5 player the 15th anniversary req pack on the 12th of november i was playing halo 5 that day and i didnt get the req pack and im very upset about this

    Halo 5 WARZONE REQ Packs

    I have not gotten multiple of my warzone req packs I purchased the limited collectors edition for halo 5 which comes with a code for 14 warzone req pack. you get 2 of these packs every week I got 2 on launch day but did not get my 2 from last week or this
    week. that 4 warzone req packs and ive also purchased 6 warzone req packs from my local gamestop and I only got the first 2 apon entering the codes I still have not received the other for apon putting their codes in so im out 8 warzone req packs these are
    also 25$ a piece wen u buy them from gamestop please help

    Hey there kjjPOL.

    The Halo 5 Warzon Req Packs are only included with the Digital Deluxe edition of the game. If you purchased the base Halo 5 game you wouldn't receive extra Req Packs.

    You don't seem to understand my question. I bought Halo 5 from Gamestop and got a code for buying the game for the promotional REQ pack. Now earlier on I bought the Halo 5 collector's edition controller which does have an add-on for it. It was called the
    Advanced REQ promotion. I was wondering if it was the same thing or is it different?
