Halo 5 Redeem Code damaged

Hi everyone !

I have a huge problem that I hope someone can fix for me here ...

I just purchased the Limited Edition Xbox One Halo 5 and it comes with a download code for Halo 5, the REQ packs and Halo Fall Of Reach.

The problem that I'm having is that the scratchy code part got damaged while scratching ( because let's be honest it's complete crap and I don't understand why there isn't a QR code like usual ... ) and by extent well the code is now unusable and I cannot redeem
my game and the extra content ...

I've already contacted TWO persons via chat here on the support site and the first one never answered back with a solution and the second one just told me to go get it changed where I bought it which is not really possible.

Is there anything anyone could do for me here ? Give me a new code or whatever ? Or maybe can someone in the actual support departement FIND the code since it's not used yet ? I can bet that you can trace it somehow in your data banks or whatever ...

This is really annoying for me because I'm a big Microsoft consumer and I'm pretty indignant that :

1 - No QR code on the ticket.

2 - Scratchy stuff is so crappy

3 - I got tossed aside by the chat people

4 - And of course I don't have my game, which I paid for. At this point it should be done like nintendo to pre-install the game and stuff.
