Halo 5 promotional REQ pack with armor set

I received a message from Xbox live that said "thanks for playing Halo 5 Guardians. You have earned a promotional REQ Pack including the Teishen Raikou armor set! Redeem on Xbox One or xbox.com/redeemcode.” I saw this on my phone but by the time I got to
my console to redeem this the message had deleted itself. How can I have this generated again or have the message resent? I didn't delete the message and I'm the only one who uses this account. I don't know how it went away.

Xbox live sent me a message with the Halo 5 promotional REQ pack which contained the Teishin Raikou armor set. I accidentally deleted this message. Is there any way i can retrieve the code, or maybe receive a new one?

I do not believe that it is possible to get a message resent or a code regenerated. As I understand it, there is no way to verify which code was sent to you. Sorry.

 

Is there any possible way to generate a new code for this promotional item then?

Yes, I received a code via a Smartglass message on the 18th (Wednesday). I viewed the message in my phone but by the time I arrived home to redeem it the message was somehow gone.
