    Halo 5 promo code message auto-deleted


    A few weeks ago I got a Halo 5 promotion code for some extra guns & something else (I can't remember what), but when I went to redeem the code today, I guess the message auto deleted. I thought I still had a couple days and I hadn't had a chance to get on
    and redeem the code. Should I try contacting XBox support or am I just SOL?

    Accidentally deleted promo message

    I received a promo code for $5. I accidentally deleted the message with the code before redeeming the code. Is there anyway to resend the same code to me so I can redeem my $5? Thanks

    Messages automatically expire after 30 days which would be why it could have disappeared on its own.

    It may take a few days, but a Support Agent should be able to contact you here about this.
