    Halo 5 pre-order content is not working HELP (2016)


    Hey guys,

    So I bought Halo 5 when it came out and never really got around to it until last week (I know, its been like a year lol). One problem I ran into the game was that my pre-order bonus content from gamestop does not appear in the "unopened REQ packs" section.
    I read the forums and tried everything to fix it including restarting the game, console, and uninstalling and reinstalling the bonus pack but to no success. Yes the code still works because I was able to redeem it successfully...it's just that the pack does
    not appear in the menu so I can't open it. Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated.

    When did you pre-order Madden 17? Please keep in mind that codes are generally sent 7-10 days after the date of pre-order. For instance, if you pre-ordered the game on August 5, 2016, you would expect your promotional code to arrive between August 12-15,
    2016.
