Halo 5 Pre Order Bonus from MicrosoftStore.com

I received my game in the mail from MicrosoftStore.com and my questions is how/where do I get the bonus items such as the weapon and skins that were promised? Only a 14 day trial was included in the game.

Hi MoabitaGamer. To qualify for the Microsoft Store Pre-Order offer, purchases made to be made from microsoftstore.com as a pre-order. Your purchase of Battlefield 1 was not from microsoftstore.com and was not a pre-order. Your Forza Horizon 3 purchase was
purchased at microsoftstore.com, but again was not a pre-order.

 

I had this same problem. I had to call Xbox support on the phone and they told me some people who pre-ordered the game got the non-pre-ordered version by mistake. Gotta love that. So once i called and they verified this, they emailed me over all my pre-order
bonuses and i was back in the game in no time. Hope this helps.
