    I contacted support on Tuesday and my order was processed without any issue. But I checked on it today and it the order is still processing. I contacted support again yesterday and was told that I should receive it in three to five days of the order but
    that was on day four. Has anyone's shipped yet because I am starting to get really frustrated with this and have this feeling that on Tuesday I am still not going to have this game that I paid $250 for.

    It depends

    If you dont live in the us or inot near the main shiping areas it can take longer remember its international shipping shipments can be late at times

    This has to be the most irritating process. First I was chatting with a customer service rep just as the instructions say to do. The customer service rep sent me out emails to reply back too. I received 0 of those emails, so the rep states that I have
    to wait 24 hrs to see the emails. So, I just called the 1800 number. The rep that I spoke to was super nice and was willing to go above and beyond to help me but he had to go through several help desk people just to know how to do the swap. After being
    on the phone for an hour and a half he finally processed the order, however I still was not able to receive any emails that he had sent out. So I went to yahoo.com and made a brand new email and still was not able to receive the emails he was sending. After
    all that he gave me my order number and called it a day. Well this morning I called to verify that my order has been processed and shipped, the rep again did not know what I was talking about and had to contact a help desk once again, even after I gave him
    my order number. Finally I got confirmation by the rep that is has been shipped but was unable to provide a tracking number. This process is a nightmare and is not easy at all. The worst thing is I will not be able to play on launch day and I am just going
    on a persons response that my game is in the mail. I Paid 250 dollars for this game and had to go through all of this

    I agree Si!ver Smoke. I contacted them on Tuesday for an exchange and never received any confirmation from Microsoft on the order being processed. Finally it showed up on my account as shipping but that was not till Saturday. And now as of today I still
    have nothing and am very frustrated with this situation.

  5. Yup, no game here either. And this after spending 3 hours on microsoft chat with the most obnoxious, under-trained and poor representation micorsoft employees I have EVER had the MISfortune to deal with. Basically it boiled down to a programming error...ehehmmmm...Microsoft,
    that rendered the discs as limited and not in actuality collectors. HOWEVER, ALL this aside, I PAID $250.00 for this and NO PHYSICAL, TANGIBLE, BREAKABLE COPY IS IN MY HOT LITTLE HAND some 4 DAYS AFTER this 3 hour ordeal. I mean, it's not like I had to work
    that day...oh, wait, yeah...I did, to PAY for this. What exactly are we doing here microsoft? Generating MORE ill will and customer dissatisfaction? So, seeing as my mail will not be picked up by me until AFTER I GET HOME FROM WORK, I'd like to say, thank
    you microsoft, for re-enforcing every ill thought, and feelings of mistrust you have worked so hard to instill in me. You guys need some new heads of departments up there, and I formerly submit myself for the position. I can't do worse, that's for gosh darn
    sure.

    I think that what Microsoft has done in this situation is outrageous. I paid $500 for a system and yet my download code isn't eligible for the trade in? It doesn't make any sense.
