    Halo 5: Not recieved Warzone packs.


    Hey, I recently got a disc of Halo5 with the Warzone REQ code up til now ive gotten 8 packs, As of right now its 19:15 Monday 1st of August and I haven't got my 2 packs yet but I got the Daily login and July 2016 packs, Has somthing gone wrong? Thanks In

    Halo 5 warzone req bundle issue

    I recently bought the halo 5 warzone req bundle from xbox live. In the items description in clearly states that it includes 14 premium req packs yet I only recieved two. Can someone please explain if I misinterpreted what they meant or that it messed up
    my purchase. Any info is much needed!

    Halo 5 Req and Armor Packs for buying/playing Halo 5 early - never showed up!

    Hey there kjjPOL.

    The Halo 5 Warzon Req Packs are only included with the Digital Deluxe edition of the game. If you purchased the base Halo 5 game you wouldn't receive extra Req Packs.

    at least three new permanent REQs in each Premium REQ Pack, if available.

    On 6/9/16 I bought the halo 5 gaurdians warzone req bundle. It was supposed to have 14 packs, 2 per week for 7 weeks.

    I have only received 5 weeks worth. Xbox support suggested I post here for a solution.
