    Halo 5 not launching or uninstall


    Hello,

    I just install the game on my Xbox One S and it won't launch. I'm only able to see the first screen and it return me directly to the home page on the Xbox.

    I try to uninstall it and the game stay on the Xbox. I try to hard reset the console without success.

    Any advise?

    My parents got me and my brother an Xbox One halo bundle with a halo 5 code. I redeemed it on my account so it will let me launch it. But when my brother launches it it asks if he owns it. Does anybody have a fix?

    Sorry to hear it. In order for both of you to be able to access and play the game the gamertag that originally used the download code must be set as the Home gamertag. Otherwise the owner of the game will need to be logged in while the other uses it.

    Do you have a physical copy or digital? Delete the game with all data (saves too) and try again. Hope this will help you Halo 5 not launching or uninstall :)

    Im having the same problem.... its only with Halo 5 Guardians. When I go to the store & try to download it directly I get error - 0x80070005

    I Would like to see Forza 5, Halo 5, BF4 & Fifa 14 as (excluding Halo 5) that will probably be my launch line-up assuming, of course, that they all turn out to be launch titles.
