    Halo 5 - not getting awarded req packs


    When you finish a game you get 3 things, one symbol shows how much experience you got, one shows how many req points you got and I THOUGHT the third one, the blue one, showed you how many packs you won...I thought that because it always seemed to match how
    many packs I got to open...

    Only, recently, no matter what that number says, I get nothing...the only packs I can get are the promotion packs, daily login packs and daily win packs. No gold, silver, bronze or Commendation packs are being given even if that little blue symbol says 5
    or 4. Help??

    XBOX One Halo 5 Guardians Pack

    Hey SpacyBurrito478 -

    Halo 5 REQ pack content is opened from the REQ menu inside of Halo 5 Guardians. Were you able to locate your REQ packs in-game?

    halo 5 15th anniversary req pack i didnt get it

    my issue is a req pack 343 industries gave halo 5 player the 15th anniversary req pack on the 12th of november i was playing halo 5 that day and i didnt get the req pack and im very upset about this

    I'd recommend heading over and adding to
    this thread on Halo Waypoint     regarding the issue. I know how frustrating it is to not see your REQ packs load in but I'm pretty sure they'll show up eventually. Halo 5 - not getting awarded req packs :)

    Alright, I tried posting to that forum....but...I have the feeling 343 just doesn't care. I looked around the forums...there are a lot of people over the last few months that have complained about req packs not showing up and they are being completely ignored.
    Can't Microsoft do anything about one of their branch offs not supporting these issues? A lot of those posts are from people who claim they never received reqs they paid $$$ for. Isn't that a problem?

    Halo 5 Req and Armor Packs for buying/playing Halo 5 early - never showed up!

    Hey there kjjPOL.

    The Halo 5 Warzon Req Packs are only included with the Digital Deluxe edition of the game. If you purchased the base Halo 5 game you wouldn't receive extra Req Packs.
