Halo 5 multiplayer required

Hey guys !

I get absolutly crazy about what is happening to me..

I bought a xbox one with HALO 5. I sign in with my account from my old xbox 360 and then i bought an xbox live gold month and everything went good.

I tried to play online and the error message is : Multiplayer required 'you need and account with all the xbox live gold privilege enabled..." so i click on continue and try to get a xbox live gold month and they said : " You already own this subscription"

???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

So i called microsoft and spend an hour with a person didn't understand my problem and said that i have to call my internet provider which is absolutly insane as my internet connection is just awesome.

I also tried to remove my account, clear mac address etc....

Sorry about how i wrote that but i get so angry.

Is someone can help me ? ...

Multiplayer Required?

I also have the same problem, when I want to play halo 5 the same message shows up "multiplayer is required" and my gold expires until January 2018.

you can use a flash drive but it has to be at least 8gb in order to play multiplayer.

You aren't gold though as your status shows here

Are you sure you aren't using a 14day trial if you are using one that would be why

 

Gold status would.have your name in gold like mine

1month trials don't count as gold.memberships for halo you can only do social non ranked matches for trials

 

Yes exaclty i took the one month trial and then normal but to get that one i still had to put my credit card on.

I cancelled it on my settings but it is still valid until the 05/09. I didn't expect a trial month if i had to give my credit card details and the worst thing is i couldn't choose anything else :/

How can i get a proper one without waiting a month ?
