Halo 5 Multiplayer issues

I am suffering from the inability of being able to play multiplayer since launch due to this message "Could not find a server that was suitable for all members of your fireteam" this message exists as an error on the Xbox support page but the way to
solve such and the reason behind it does not match up with the case we are struggling with.

I am searching solo so there is no fireteam issues, my router and console has been restarted numerous times and under advisement of one support person I power drained the console too. I have reinstalled the game as well from physical copy to no luck,
my NAT type is open. All relevant ports are open so no issue there, I can play other games fine on Xbox live so no issue there and no other issues with the console. I live in the UK for server region if that information is required.

I want to make this clear, I have been unable to play multiplayer because of this message since launch. I love the game I just want to play everything on offer.

Halo 5 Multiplayer issues

Hi, I just got a new xbox one and Halo on a disc. I have loaded correctly but I am unable to play multiplayer. Fifa 16 Multiplayer works fine. Any ideas ?

Are you trying to present a us server and you arent physicaly in the us?

That wohld be why

You must use a local connection the farther you are the more lag you get overseas would be unbearable regardless of game

 

No I am in Europe, the console is set to UK, my account is a UK one. Nothing weird there.

 

I am in the US, trying to play by myself, I get the same error. I've played multiplayer with other games and never had a problem, but now Halo 5 is giving me trouble.

 

Hope your issue gets resolved. I had this problem with call of duty and had to open ports on my router and set a static ip for the xbox.

It's EE. I know Sky is having issues.

Situation is over though, a week of pestering the poor xbox support staff on chat and no answers on 343's own site. No multiplayer on my game after that I returned the game for a refund as faulty.

I hated doing it as I wanted to play but keeping a non-working game wasn't worth waiting for whenever it did get sorted.

 

Just for your information, deleting the profile, clearing the cache and redownlaoding the profile worked so give it a try

 

I did that a few times under advice from Xbox support, it didn't work. I have since returned the game as faulty, going to keep this issue as answered.

Yeah the issue persisted for a week since I got it at launch. I gave them a week after constantly speaking customer support for xbox and posting on their own forums and reddit. I got no fix, or response. So I took the game back as faulty and got full refund.
