    Halo 5 Mixpot rewards


    Hello, I watched the full duration of the Xbox E3 premier and did not receive a Halo classic helmets rewards from the mixpot. Although, I waited one week while my other friends have obtained their mixpot in just a few days, I have yet to receive mine and
    would like to obtain my promotional award please. I watched the stream on mixer with an account linked to my Microsoft account.

    Missing mixpot rewards

    I watched both the conference and inside xbox and didn't get any of the rewards, don't even know how i should get them?
    There is no easy way to know if you have or have not qualified, however as i said they may still be rolling these rewards out, The Mixpot FAQ said it could be up to a week for them to appear on your system/download queue. The FAQ is here-

    In game content may only appear in game, ie the Halo Helmet you need to look in game in Halo 5 in your Req's to claim it, again mine appeared last night.

    Xbox MixPot FAQ, inquiries into missing rewards must be made within two weeks of the event. After those two weeks we are unable
    to provide rewards.
