Halo 5 Missing Req Packs

Two days ago I reached level 40 on Halo 5 but I didn't recive the Level 40 Officer Pack Or any promotion pack at all. Then yesterday I downloaded Halo Channel and watched a few videos but also never received the Promotional pack for watching any video. Help?

Halo 5 REQ pack content is opened from the REQ menu inside of Halo 5 Guardians. Were you able to locate your REQ packs in-game?

halo 5 15th anniversary req pack i didnt get it

my issue is a req pack 343 industries gave halo 5 player the 15th anniversary req pack on the 12th of november i was playing halo 5 that day and i didnt get the req pack and im very upset about this

 

Anyone gonna help?? After going through multiple support agents I was directed here...

Afraid we aren't able to unlock Req Packs on our end. Keep an eye out in-game for the unlock, if you're still having trouble it may be worth posting over in the official
Halo forums.
