Halo 5 missing downloadable content

I purchased Halo 5 with a Warzone Req Bundle from gamestop and I installed everything and it appears as if i never bought the warzone bundle. Please help, its been a week and this problem has still not been resolved.

Question: Will there be a Halo 5 Xbox One console?

Just wondering if there will be a Halo 5 Xbox One Console? If there is one will it have pre loaded downloadable Content?

 

Error Message:

My system attempts to load the reclaimer level of Halo 4 and cannot do so and I get a message that says "Players failed to load content. A player may be missing downloadable content. I have attempted to erase my downloadable content and the level in question
will still not load. I have also turned off my system and restarted my internet and cleaned off my disc.

 

I have the exact same problem. I do not believe it has been solved however I suggest heading over to the halowaypoint forums for a little more info if you havent already. If 343i or Microsoft it listening then please solve this problem.

Did you redeem the code that was included with the game? If you haven't already be sure to redeem that, you'll receive 2 REQ packs a week for 7 weeks, so be sure to check your available packs to open.

 

Yea I redeemed the code I got and I only got the pre order req pack

 

Wait you don't get all 14 at once? Weird. My Bundle is stuck at 99% and I've tried everything now.
