    Halo 5 made a transaction I did not approve of


    I was looking through the REQ store in Halo 5 and I saw a bundle for $25. I pressed B to exit the transaction page, but the system went ahead and charged my account for the bundle anyways. Is there anyway to refund this? I am really displeased about this
    and I'll probably completely remove my credit card from my Xbox account after this.

    Halo 5 is ruined

    From a number of friends whom I've been playing Halo with since Bungie released 'Combat Evolved', ever since Microsoft took it over the franchise has been utterly ruined... campaign, multiplayer, micro-transactions, etc. In Halo 4, the campaign was awful
    because it made Masterchief look like a complete sissy and behave as if he was in love with Cortana... wtf? Cortana was bad as well because everything she did more towards the end made no sense at all. How does an AI create a light shield that withstands a
    nuke at ground zero at the rampancy stage she is in? The only good thing that came from Halo 4 was the spartan ops, and even those got boring.

    With Halo 5, Microsoft redeemed themselves a little in the campaign but the multiplayer is completely broken and unbalanced. A pistol is stronger than an **** or battle rifle. Homing grenades... Oh yea and a useless radar that detects enemies 5 feet away
    (estimating). Even the matchmaking is unbalanced where you're matched with people of the same rank... but not skill. They are 2 completely different things.

    Halo 5 is also ruined by the fact that micro-transactions have been added because obviously Microsoft isn't making enough money.

    These are my opinions and complaints but everyone has their own opinion I guess.

    Halo 5 Achievement (Warrior)

    I have an error with the achievement, it is assumed that I already made the requirements of the achievement and did not give me the achievement, until I have the games saved in the cinema of Halo 5

    I was able to live chat with Xbox Support online, and they quickly refunded it! He said the servers were congested so there were issues with the store in Halo 5. I'm so glad Xbox has good support service, this isn't the first time they've been helpful for
    me.

    Ok did you get.approved ?

    If so then if it's.approved then it's not what you think it is

    If it's xbox balance.then it's instant

    If it's your creditcard once it's approved it takes 3-5 business days to sense to your bank BUT It Is whenever your bank handles international transactions depending on how far from the US you are

    Refund trouble

    Will if it is approved at accounts.Microsoft.com and it passed ,4-5 business days then it depends on your BAnk and where you are in the world vs the usa

    If you aren't in North America it can take sometime and this depends on when your bank handles international transactions usually 5-7 business days after it is approved by ms

    If it is PayPal it can take 60 days per their terms

    This is due to the way bank handles transactions they don't run it thru the mainframe one at a time they run thousands stacked in a large stack and feed it into the machine as it's a waste of computer time to do otherwise you learn thid in school. I know I did when we saw the mainframes at our local university

    You are still responsible for minimun payments during the wait as per the usual Carrd agreement
