    While in Halo 5 inviting friends to play I cannot communicate with them to see if they are ready or are bringing other people or what they want to play and also during certain parts of the multiplayer lobby loading I cannot communicate with my friends. Fix
    it.

    my son downloaded halo 5 and when finished clicked on the game and the screen went black on return to the home screen

    Hi guys,

    Halo 5 disc is in my Xbox One. I played Halo 5 last night and it worked perfectly. I´m at the Xbox HOME and trying to press on the Halo 5 picture for the game to start. When I do; the screen turns black as it is about to start.. then I´m trewn back into the
    HOME lobby and a message appears on the screen which I have never seen before. It says:

    ¨ Log in or renew Subscription

    Log on with the profile you used when you bought the game or make sure that Xbox Live Gold or EA Access-subscription is updated. (0x803f900a) ¨

    This message is translated for you guys hence it was in Norwegian.

    I AM logged in on my/the right user. I DO have Xbox Live.. and my disc is in.

    Call it a ghost in the machine. ha ha, ah, nevermind.

    Actually it does this to me as well at times. It is inconsistent though on my end and not every 5 games. I seem to have less issues now that I don't have the quick start feature enabled on my xbox anymore. I just start it up, wait the 2 minutes and then
    play. Since changing that, I have only been kicked back to the home screen once. Maybe I have just gotten lucky.

    Overall, Ghosts seems to have a ton of unresolved issues including the sign out of live error, no chat in lobbies, no hearing others chatting, unable to unmute friends or lobby members, black screen of death, inviting frustrations with getting a friend into
    a lobby, etc.

    Now that I think about it, it's probably a problem with halo 5. I couldn't access the side menu or even go to the home screen while playing but halo 5 just crashed and all of a sudden it works again.
