Halo 5 Kicks me straight back to dashboard Series X

Id been kicked back to the dashboard not in halo assault I don't own it, not a halo fan, but from ryse and forza 5 and since it happens to other individuals with other games, I'm sure it is the operating system, I hope a update comes out to fix this.

It's still broke could get game to load try 5 times kick me back to dashboard. How do I get refund?
